Post Graduate Diploma: After your 3 year Bachelor’s degree in India you can enrol on this course, abroad. The course can last anywhere between 1-2 years. The course is great for vocational based training. After completing the course the student can enrol on a Master’s course if you so desire or seek employment. Generally a PG Diploma works out cheaper than a Master’s Degree.
If your finances are restricted then you might consider enrolling on a PG Diploma. Approximately 70% of students from India enrol on a Diploma course. Talk to Stepping Stones on 100's of options we have on a PG Diploma.
Master’s Degree: After a 3 year Bachelor’s degree in India students can enrol on a Master’s program in Australia and New Zealand but not in Canada. (You need to have completed a 4 years Master’s program in India). So if your desire is to go to Canada then you have to enrol on a PG Diploma course (see above).
The course can take from 1.5 years to 2 years. It is more expensive than a PG Diploma. However the international recognition of a Master’s degree is superior to a Diploma. A Master’s Degree is a must if you want to carry your studies on to a Doctorate level.
